Delhi Rock – Indoor Climbing at SBS Stadium, Delhi
Experience Delhi’s most exciting indoor climbing venue at Delhi Rock, located in the Squash and Badminton Stadium (SBS) on Siri Fort Road, next to Gargi College. Whether you're a beginner or just looking for a unique workout, our climbing sessions are designed to be fun, safe, and accessible to all ages 7+.
Location: Rear atrium, SBS Stadium (not Siri Fort Sports Complex)
Instructor: National-level athlete & movement coach Suraj
Timings: Daily at 5 PM (except Wednesdays), plus extra slots on select days

We are inside the Squash and Badminton Stadium (SBS) on Siri Fort Road, next to Gargi College. Please don’t go to Siri Fort Sports Complex—SBS has its own gate. Classes are held in the rear atrium of the stadium.
Our sessions are open to adults and children aged 7 and above. Classes are beginner-friendly, with a mixed-age format.

Each session lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes.
You can choose from:

₹400 per session (pay & play)

₹3,500 for unlimited classes in a month (first-come-first-served)

₹3,500 for 10 pre-booked classes, valid for one month
All sessions are led by Suraj, a nationally recognized movement coach who has represented India in international competitions and has over 100K followers on his fitness YouTube channel.
